TERMS OF SALE: Complete Payment Day of Sale. Payment for all items must be made in full on the day of sale with Cash or Cashier's check. Personal or Company checks must be accompanied by a "Valid Bank Letter of Guaranteed Payment".

SALES TAX WILL BE COLLECTED UNLESS THE BUYER HAS A SALES TAX EXEMPTION FORM AND FILLS OUT THE REQUIRED FORMS. This catalog is to be used only as a guide. Please inspect all items before bidding. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. The Auctioneer is acting as an agent only, and is not responsible for the acts of its principal.
REMOVAL:
All items are to be removed 10 days after auction. Forklift is available absolutely only until Friday after auction. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed only on presentation of paid bill. Once the bidder is successful on items, the items become the responsibility of the bidder. J.G. COCHRAN AUCTIONEERS AND ASSOCIATES, LTD is not responsible for any loss or damage to any items.
ALL ITEMS POSITIVELY, ABSOLUTELY MUST BE REMOVED FROM AUCTION YARD BY 10 DAYS AFTER AUCTION-NO EXCEPTIONS! AFTER THIS DATE, THERE WILL BE A $10.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE-NO EXCEPTIONS!
TITLE POLICY:
There is a $35.00 handling charge per titled vehicle and/or trailer. Sale tax is not collected on titled items. ALL TITLES WILL BE MAILED AFTER TEN BANKING DAYS FROM DATE OF SALE, UNLESS SOLD WITH TITLE DELAY. Titles will be mailed "certified" which requires signature upon receipt. Title will be filled out to the name/company that is asked at payment. Please make sure as the successful bidder, you give the clerks the correct information.
